Privacy
Short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address to tell you when Fit Mario opens, and nothing else. This is a pre-launch notice for the website; the app will have its own full privacy policy before it launches.
Who we are
Fit Mario is built by OneMario. For this notice, OneMario is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at the contact address that will be published on this page.
What this website collects
If you join the waitlist
- Your email address.
- Whether you signed up as a member or as a coach, and which page you signed up from.
- Your browser's language setting, so we can write to you in the right language.
We use this only to email you about Fit Mario's launch and, for coaches, early access to coach accounts. We don't add you to other lists, and every email will have a way to unsubscribe.
When you browse
- No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website, so your visit doesn't call Google Fonts or other third parties.
- Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until Fit Mario launches and we've told you, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the contact address that will be published on this page and we'll respond as the law requires. If you're not satisfied, you can raise a grievance with us and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
How the app will handle your data
The full app policy will be published before launch. It is being built around these principles:
- Separate consent for health data, lab reports, photos and coach access, which you can change at any time.
- Export or delete your data from inside the app.
- Data stored in India (Mumbai) and encrypted at rest; lab files and photos only reachable through short-lived signed links.
- Coaches see only what you share with them, and every coach access is logged.
- Fit Mario is for adults 18 and over.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your waitlist email, we'll tell you by email first.
